Each piece of jewelry is made to order completely by hand, including finishing and polishing. Orders are usually ready to ship within 2 to 4 weeks, depending upon what you have ordered.  PLEASE NOTE:  I am a one-woman shop, so at times, my production time will vary according to how busy I am.   IMPORTANT:  If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to let me know - I am always happy to work within your deadlines if I can, and shipping within 1-2 days is often possible, depending upon the piece you have chosen, and my current workload.  Please contact me via the Contact Us tab on the left side of the page.

Shipping

I ship anywhere in the world as long as import/export rules allow. All items are carefully packed, suitable for gift giving.

2016 HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

ALL US ADDRESSES:
I will be shipping all items purchased up until December 1st no later than December 19th. If you need your item to arrive BEFORE Friday, December 23rd at the latest, be sure to let me know the date it needs to arrive, and I will schedule it in earlier for you! Please note that I cannot guarantee delivery dates for 1st Class mail or Priority Mail. If you require guaranteed delivery dates, I can upgrade your shipping to Express for an additional $25  (US addresses only, see below for international).

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) ADDRESSES:
Orders received by November 15th will ship by December 7th.  Delivery times for 1st Class mail are not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery, I can upgrade your shipping to International  Express  for an additional $65. For international shipments, even for Express mail, there is a chance of customs delays. Please note that some countries may have also have additional taxes and import duties, which you may be responsible for.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your happiness with your items is my main concern. If an item is defective or not as pictured/described, please let me know, and return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.  I will change/fix the item, issue shop credit, or refund your money if no solution can be reached. PLEASE NOTE: Cash refunds are only given once the item has been received back.  Refunds are not available for custom pieces.

There is no charge for repairs or shipping if there is a workmanship defect in the piece. Other changes are subject to charges for materials/labor and shipping. 

Lavender Cottage jewelry is quite sturdy, and meant to last for a lifetime under normal use!  

Custom Orders and Wholesale

Lavender Cottage Jewelry is happy to accept custom orders and wholesale upon request. A tax ID number is required for wholesale.   Please contact me for additional wholesale information via the Contact Us tab on the left side of the page.
