Abalone Shell Ring - Treasures of Atlantis - SOLD

Handmade artisan ring set with a gorgeous, glowing abalone shell doublet.  Large swirls of shiny silver accent the stone, and remind me of waves rolling in towards the shore - perhaps near the lost city of Atlantis. You will definitely feel like you could be the Queen of Atlantis when you wear this ring!  This ring is a size 9.

The doublet has a base of natural abalone shell, topped with faceted crystal clear quartz.  The quartz brings out the beauty of the colors in the shell, and magnifies the pattern.  The stone measures 10 x 12mm, and is set into a filigree wire bezel The ring is lightly oxidized to bring out the detail, and the "waves" are polished to a bright shine. The shank and waves are hand cut and shaped, so each ring will vary slightly, and smaller ring sizes will have slightly smaller waves in order to fit them on the band. 

PLEASE NOTE:  This ring is the last of my abalone shell doublets, and is a size 9.  It cannot be resized, but I can make a similar design with another type of stone.  I have not been able to find any more abalone doublets with the faceted top.  I can use almost any other stone, such as amethyst, citrine, garnet, etc.  If you would like a similar ring, you can message me through the "contact us" button on this page.
